happy new year!!!🎉🥳
HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!! but let’s go back to before new year. So we left the French alps and we took our first plane in a long time and flew to Sweden and we got there at 3:30 and it was SO DARK I COULD NOT BELIEVE MY EYES! It felt like it was 10:30PM it was crazy. But after a day or two I got used to it. We stayed at a hotel/cabin thing but it was right next to the lodge where we had breakfast, lunch and dinner. The next day we all slept in but Sophia woke me and Paul up. Then Mom and Dad came in and told us that today we were going ice fishing so we all got dressed and had breakfast but mom said to get into our ski stuff because it was so cold. When all of us were ready we met Isaac he was going to take us ice fishing. Isaac gave us water proof boots so our socks would not get wet. When we got to the ice i was a little scared but Isaac said that there was a meter thick of ice and lot’s of snow so it was ok. and on the way Paul dropped his phone in the snow and did not notice until he looked in his pocket and it was not there so mom, dad and Paul went looking for it and still did not find it so we asked everyone on the lake if they would look too and 5 minutes later a person came up holding Paul’s phone and gave it to him. It was a Christmas miracle.
So after all of that we finally got to the place where we actually went ice fishing. The first few minutes we did not catch anything but then Paul caught one but we were looking for one specific fish we let it go then Sophia caught one still not the right one but then finally dad caught the right one the one that we could eat. Mom and me still did not catch one. Mom wanted to stay but it was too cold.
